The Problem We Share

We optimized our lives for freedom and flexibility, we can work from anywhere, and we chose lifestyle over traditional roots. But nobody warned us that Dunbar's number doesn't work over Teams, that social health can't be maintained on a diet of Twitter and Reddit. Our brains evolved for 150 regular faces with regular contact, but that infrastructure is history. We've tried volunteering, hobby groups, putting ourselves out there, but bootstrapping a new group where we can maintain our social health is exhausting. Social media promises connection but delivers junk food that drains us.

A New Way to Think About Social Health

What if we just think about this more creatively? What if our social brains need what our physical bodies need: regular structured exercise. Not therapy, not networking, not more social media, just regular exercise. That's what this club is: regular video calls with structured prompts, you build your circle over time, all the scheduling done for you, all the infrastructure in place so you can simply show up, take your turn, and get back in sync with social evolution.

How It Works

The Calls

Call interface showing 6 participants in a video call

Each call is 30-40 minutes with a clear structure: a quick icebreaker to warm up, a main prompt (think collaborative storytelling, light debate, or creative exercises), and a wrap-up round. A rotating host guides the flow so everyone gets their turn to contribute without fighting for airtime. It's like improv meets dinner party, but you're in your own home.

  • 30-40 minute duration
  • Structured format (icebreaker ? main prompt ? wrap-up)
  • Hosted rotation
  • Collaborative storytelling, light debate, creative prompts

Your Circle

You'll start with a 12-week bootcamp to get comfortable and build your initial connections with your cohort. After that, it's ongoing: regular calls with people you've gelled with, plus fresh faces from across the membership of around 150 people total. Our scheduling system means you'll naturally see more of people you connect with, based on mutual ratings after each call. Variety is built in by design.

  • 12-week bootcamp onboarding
  • ~150 total people in membership
  • Mix of familiar faces and fresh connections
  • Silent matching based on mutual connection

The Schedule

You set your availability, we handle all the logistics. No coordination overhead, no back-and-forth scheduling. Just show up when it works for you, participate, and you're done. All scheduling, reminders, and infrastructure handled for you.

  • You control your availability
  • All logistics handled automatically

Common Questions

Calls are 30-40 minutes, scheduled around your availability. Most members do 1-2 calls per week. You're already spending this time scrolling social media.

Structured prompts and hosted rotation remove the awkwardness. Everyone gets their turn, no fighting for airtime, no dead silence. The format does the heavy lifting.

With 150 people and a silent matching algorithm, you'll naturally gravitate toward compatible people. You fill out a survey after each call, and we handle the rest.

No. This is maintenance and exercise for your social brain, not fixing problems. Think gym membership, not counseling.

Nothing is public. What happens on calls stays on calls. We're not building a social network, we're facilitating social health.

A laptop or desktop with stable internet and a webcam. You mark your availability each week through our app, therefore some free time every week is required.
